Before real estate, I spent nearly fifteen years in enterprise sales managing complex, high-stakes deals. Those experiences shaped how I serve clients today: strategic, detail-driven, communicative, and always advocating for your best outcome. Real estate, for me, is about more than homes—it’s about people, transitions, and building community. I believe in transparent communication, strong negotiation, and steady guidance from start to finish.

As a parent who has moved across state lines with young kids, I personally understand how overwhelming big relocations can feel. My goal is to make your move as smooth and straightforward as possible.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me running in Portland’s parks, tending my small flower garden, or spending time with my wife and kids. I love the Pacific Northwest's blend of food, nature, and creativity—and I’m passionate about helping others put down roots here, too.

PDX Nature School

Kerrie is a solid person. I've known her for over 15+ years. We met while teaching English in South Korea. We've remained friends since that time, and I've got to watch her grow and prosper in her life. She's super reliable, composed, and is a great communicator and listener. Always searching for a creative way forward, I have complete trust in her decision making, drive, and ability to navigate challenging scenarios. Can't recommend her enough!

I've known Kerrie for over a decade, and if there's anyone I would entrust with a decision like purchasing real estate, it would be her. We met in our MBA program and Kerrie became my go-to person for any project that needed a star player. We started by nerding out over Excel models and investment strategies, which grew into us entering (and winning!) a local business competition for startups. When I have a major business or life decision, Kerrie is the first person I go to for guidance - she's competent, level-headed, committed to getting things done (and doing it the right way), a great communicator and wicked smart. And while business school assignments have been replaced with a shared passion of learning about the world of wine, she's still the person I turn to most when it really matters.

I’ve known Kerrie for years as a neighbor and friend, and if there’s one thing I can say with confidence, it’s that she is the person you want in your corner. She’s organized, calm, and genuinely lovely to work with. She somehow juggles three young kids, stays on top of everything happening around Portland, and still shows up for people with warmth and focus. Anytime we’ve communicated, whether it’s coordinating kid activities or neighborhood events, Kerrie is clear, thoughtful, and on top of details. She listens, problem-solves, and never seems rattled, even when life is chaotic. Her mix of kindness, ambition, and grounded energy is rare, and I have no doubt she’ll bring that same dedication and professionalism into real estate.
